Step 1

Agreement Signed, Onboarding Form Sent, and Asset Completion

Laying the foundation for a smooth onboarding and ensuring all materials are submitted.

Before we begin, it’s important to lay the groundwork for a smooth onboarding experience. Now that your agreement is signed, the next step is completing the Sales Lever Onboarding Form — designed to make sure you are fully prepared for the onboarding call by gathering key details that streamline setup.

Once the form is complete, the next critical step is submitting all required assets. These materials are essential to ensuring a seamless system build-out that fully integrates with your brand and sales process.

This step is entirely on you, the client. We cannot begin the build-out until we receive everything needed — branding, existing sales scripts, marketing collateral, and any crucial documents for implementation.

90-Minute Onboarding Call

Reviewing your sales process, aligning expectations, and scheduling key calls.

This pivotal call sets the foundation for a successful launch. We review your Onboarding Form, confirm all details, and walk through the steps needed to integrate Sales Lever into your business — ensuring clarity and transparency so we move forward efficiently.

Robbie Summers leads this call, diving deep into your sales process to find where Sales Lever can plug in and optimize quickly. His expertise helps identify key areas for immediate impact.

During this call we also book your 90-day follow-up call and define clear goals and expectations for the next phase — ensuring alignment and a structured approach to maximizing results.

My Scale Flow Buildout 2-Week Development

Tyler Clark builds the full system end-to-end and aligns it to your brand.

Tyler Clark immerses himself in your brand to ensure every system and workflow aligns with your voice, mission, and values. This is an intensive, complete build-out of the My Scale Flow software, KPI tracking system, and more.

This crucial call happens right before launch. We test workflows, identify gaps, and ensure every lead is properly handled. Final pre-launch check — every moving part optimized and ready to function at the highest level.

We walk through the full My Scale Flow system: a complete tutorial on the Conductor + Committer model, how to access and operate everything, plus a deep dive into the KPI tracking software and how to read and leverage each metric.

A critical part of this call is reviewing the application — designed to create a gap between where the lead is and where they want to be, magnify pain points, and position your offer as the solution. It also reinforces posture so leads feel they need to earn their spot, reducing churn and increasing commitment.

Sales Lever goes live, fully taking over lead flow and sales operations.

Sales Lever is now fully live, taking over your leads so you can step away from daily sales operations and focus on scaling. With tracking, automation, and workflows in place, every lead is handled with precision and efficiency.

Sales Lever terminology

Conductor

A new role that eliminates traditional setters. Qualifies, nurtures, and moves leads forward with precision. Not to be confused with SDRs (lead-gen / marketing).

Committer

An elite closer who operates differently. No features and benefits. No sleazy tactics. The focus is on serving the lead — even if that means not selling.

Dispatch

When the Conductor sends a fully qualified lead to the Committer. Old term: “set an appointment.” A Dispatch means the lead is truly engaged and ready.

Recap Report

Direct reporting after every interaction. Call Recaps from the Committer, Daily Recaps from the Conductor.

Served

Won, closed, sold are terms of the past. We use Served because that’s what we do — serving leads at the highest level.
